1. Keep a Problems Journal. Record 1 problem a day for 30 days. Voila.
  2. Ask 5 people to tell you about stuff they’re really P’ssed off about from the last week.
  3. Have an ”I wish” tea. Get a few bodies around a table for an hour of talking about their deep down desires, their struggles and what’s really annoying.
  4. Go virtual. Ask a chat group you’re on to share their top pick pains, moans and groans, their yearnings, learnings and what gets them burning on a topic you’re interested in.
  5. Bucket List- ask people to capture their bucket lists. Now ask them what it is about those experiences that leaves them yearning for those moments or accomplishments? And what’s holding them back?
